Description

Dear customers, As part of our ongoing improvement efforts, CFM will be upgrading the internal CRM system of the Customer Support Center (CSC) in mid-June, along with enhancements to the ASK widget on the MyCFM portal. A short transition period is planned from Friday, June 12 at 12:00 (Paris time) through Sunday, June 14. During this time, the ASK widget will be unavailable. An alternative link will be provided on the portal to continue submitting requests, which will be processed after the transition. For urgent (AOG) matters, support will remain fully available via the dedicated form on the portal and by phone at +33 1 64 14 88 66. All open cases will be automatically transferred into the new system, and you will receive notification upon completion. We recommend anticipating any requests that may need resolution prior to this transition period. Thank you for your understanding. Please rest assured that we remain fully committed to ensuring support continuity during this transition. myCFMportal Team,
